Many workplaces in America are not as accessible as they could be.
This microlearning project is designed to be included in a series of learning activities to promote accessibility in the workplace. Studies shows that adults learn well in small, short bursts (the "chunking" effect"). Adults also learn better when they can review a concept multiple times over time (the "spacing" effect).
This short course in Rise could be emailed to all workers two weeks after workers have completed diversity and inclusivity training, or completed other microlearning activities such as videos, podcasts, tests, games, quizzes, discussion groups, "lunch and learn" sessions, or reading groups.
